The Orient Site is temporarely closed (works).
The “Aqua Tournai” site offers a wide range of leisure activities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools with slides, a café with a terrace (the pop-up open-air café “Chez Fabienne”), pedalos, children’s play areas and even a campsite!
It’s the ideal spot for a day out with the family, by the water’s edge and within a nature reserve that you can explore on nature walks!
Pedalos
- maximum 4 people per pedalo;
- pedalos are available from April to September;
- during term time: Wednesdays from 2 pm to 7 pm, Saturdays from 2 pm to 6 pm and Sundays from 2 pm to 5 pm;
- during the summer season (4 July to 23 August 2026): every day from 2 pm to 7 pm (subject to weather conditions).

Tourist tax
From 2026, a new provincial tax on tourist accommodation will be introduced in Hainaut, amounting to €1.54 per night per adult, to fund the emergency services. This tax is in addition to existing local council taxes and applies to all types of accommodation.
